Return & Refund Policy

Thank for shopping at Roastwood. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the stuff we sell. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Roastwood. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Roastwood, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Roastwood’s Privacy Policy.

If there’s something wrong with the product you bought, or you received damaged product, you can apply for refund and return your Item.

Refunds

We at Roastwood commit ourselves to serving our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you tall in love with our products.

Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you don’t have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment (not Cash on Delivery), then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.

We carry out thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product, At the same time we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that Roastwood is not liable for damages that are caused to the Items during transit or transportation.

We will revise your returned product as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase. Your refund may take a couple of days to process but you will be notified when you receive your money.

Shipping

Roastwood is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every shipping has to be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping in the first place, the customer has to pay for the shipping in return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

What is the estimated time for a delivery?

Once we receive the order confirmation, products are typically dispatched within 3 — 5 days. We will notify you once the product has been dispatched for delivery.

Are there any delivery or installation charges, or any hidden fees?

Absolutely not. Delivery of a product is free of charge for all orders above INR 10000.

What should I check when the product is delivered to me?

  2. Complete Product.
  3. Unused Product.
  4. Undamaged Product.
  5. Undamaged Packaging.

How do you track my order?

The ideal way to track your order is to sign-up at Roastwood.com and then visit the “Track your Order” page. Or, as a guest, you can visit the Track Your Order page at https://www.roastwood.com/order-tracking-form/  and enter your Order ID and your Billing Email address linked with the order.

When can i place a return request on my order?

If there is a damaged product at the time of delivery. You may generate a request of return through email at support@roastwood.com or by calling at our customer support centre.

After your request, we will check with the delivery services and an executive inspection will be done on the same and then we will decide that whether the receipt product of yours fall under refund category or others.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Product Availability and Limitations

Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, Roastwood may have to limit the number at products available for purchase. Trust us, we’re working on them as fast as we can. Roastwood reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when Roastwood confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered Roastwood will cancel the order and return your purchase price in full.
